What are agents?
An "agent" is any AI tool (Cursor, Claude Code, VS Code, API) that connects to your ekkOS memory. When you work with different AI tools, they all access the same shared memory - so they remember what you've done before.
Cursor / VS Code
Your code editor. When you ask questions or request changes, it can recall patterns and preferences from ekkOS.
Claude Code
CLI tool for terminal. Gets smarter over time by learning from your workflow and debugging patterns.
Custom APIs
Your own tools. Build custom agents that read and write to ekkOS memory using the API.
The magic: Fix a bug in Cursor? Claude Code remembers it. Create a pattern in the CLI? VS Code can apply it. All agents share one brain.
